So glad you found Fluffing Feathers.  I started as a home processor baker as a side gig. It gave me an outlet to share my love of baking and blog about what is important in my life.  Faith and family are the loves of my life. We bake everything in our Bake Shop fresh from Scratch and in small batches.

In September of 2020 we opened Fluffing Feathers in Manchester NY and have had great success.  We purchased our second location at 104 Main Street Phelps in 2022. We are now excited to combine our efforts into one lovely bakery at our 104 Main Street Phelps location. Phelps is a quant village that is having a wonderful revival. We are nestled in along a Diner, Cafe, Ice Cream Shop, Breweries, Pizza Shops, Distillery, Wine Bar, Massage Spa and much more. Phelps is also home of the Sauerkraut Festival each summer. This festival began in 1967 as it was one of the largest producers of sauerkraut in the world. Phelps is easy to locate off the NYS Thruway and is close to many of our Beautiful Finger Lakes.
