I have a love hate relationship with the month of August. It’s my birth month and as an August girl, I love to celebrate, but not so much the aging. Also, I feel the need to soak up every ray of sun and enjoy every moment that I can play outside, though I love the Fall season that follows. For our family and probably most, it’s a time to squeeze those last memory making times in, as well as preparing for all that September brings. Our youngest is preparing to start college and we have four grandchildren preparing to head back to school. All of them are involved in sports as well. Nuff said, right ??
So the following week will be filled with my regular hair clients and doing a little last minute shopping with my brood. Wrapping up the summer, Matthew and I are planning one last adventure to say farewell to summer.
All this is being said to say, my last day of baking my menu will be August 25th. That doesn’t include any special orders that have been pre-ordered.
On Thursday September 5th a new menu will be posted. I’m looking forward to fall flavors and favorites. Fall is such a great season for baking. So stay tuned !! Follow my page on Instagram and share with your friends. I will be starting September refreshed and ready to bake for you and your family.
